Reading this book has helped me to make wise, informed and prompt decision after I had my second baby. It made me realise am better safe than sorry.
I found it very easy to read as am not good with bulky books. It is indeed a must read for all mothers.
Thank you Dr Ada for producing such a down to earth and thoroughly educative book. Detailed some of the challenges faced by the Black woman on areas around contraception. Giving a guide to how a women can be in control of her own sexual health. A really great read. Every woman should read this. High recommended.
A very good read! There is always someone out there that can benefit from the book Understanding Contraception. I will strongly recommend this book to all mothers as a keep sake and guide for their daughters. Understanding Contraception will also be very beneficial to young female readers especially as they navigate the muddled and exciting journey of becoming an adult.
